We are very excited to announce that we have updated “Keys – Essential password manager”. Based on customer feedback, we have added support to allow user specify backup duration by days instead of by weeks. More importantly, we have addressed the issue that some customers report they can’t login to the main window. We have spent a lot of time tracking down the issue since it only occurs on a small fraction of our user base and didn’t even occur on any of our developers’ computer. Until recently, we finally reproduce the issue on one computer and that reveals the clue to the root cause. It turns out to be an OS’s bug when playing sound(We play a sound when logging). We immediately make a fix and push an update to Apple.
We are really relieved when solving this issue since it has puzzled us for a long time, especially, when we see negative customer reviews due to this. Anyway, that’s the history and now you can check the lastest version here:
